Do you have a passion for green, a commercial mindset and
international ambitions? Then this is your chance to shine in a
dynamic role in which you are the link between our innovative
plant arrangements and the retail market in England and Switzerland.
What are you going to do?
As Account Manager Retail you are the point of contact for our customers in England and Switzerland. You maintain warm relationships with existing retail partners (exporters), know better than anyone else to spot new opportunities and convert commercial ideas into concrete results.
This is your impact:
- You build long-term customer relationships with major players in retail and garden centres.
- You open doors to new markets and expand our international network.
- You present creative plant arrangements and help think about shop design.
- You negotiate sharply and close deals that make everyone happy.
- You keep a close eye on trends and market developments and translate these into commercial opportunities.
- You represent our brand at international trade fairs and events
You bring with you:
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of commerce or horticulture.
- Sales experience in the flower and plant industry (required)
- Fluent English; good knowledge of German is a big plus.
- Entrepreneurship, drive and a natural flair for customer contact.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
- A healthy passion for plants and a good dose of energy!

In this position you combine international purchasing, logistics and
product development within a creative and growing company.
What are you going to do?
As an Operational Buyer you are responsible for purchasing
decorative products such as pots, bowls, baskets and glassware. You maintain
international supplier relations, negotiates prices and ensures
a flawless import and administrative processing (Navision). You work closely
together with product development and sales to make the range attractive and
to remain commercially strong.
Your profile:
- MBO 4 education and HBO work and thinking level
- Experience in purchasing (preferably non-food or decoration)
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Strong in negotiating, analyzing and planning
- Good command of Dutch and English
- An affinity with interior design, plants or styling is an advantage

You make sure that everything in our warehouse runs smoothly. Think of:
- Receiving, checking and storing goods
- Maintain stock of CC carts and barrels
- Pack products neatly and safely and prepare them for shipping
- Loading and unloading of trucks (sometimes on Saturdays)
- Register shipments in our systems
- Good cooperation with colleagues and external transporters
- Work according to safety rules and keep equipment tidy
What are you bringing?
- A VMBO diploma
- Experience in logistics, preferably in flowers and plants
- You speak Dutch and a little English
- Certificates for forklift and electric pallet truck
- Computer literate
