Can I return my order?

Live plants cannot be returned, but if there is anything wrong with your order (e.g. damaged plant), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the problem.

How quickly will my package be delivered?

(NL) Ordered before 12:00 on workdays = 98% chance of next day delivery

(BE) Ordered before 12:00 on workdays = 98% chance of next day delivery

(DE) Ordered before 12:00 on workdays = delivered within 3-7 days

I never received my order, what now?

Of course that is annoying and not the intention.

First check whether the package may have been delivered to neighbours or to a collection point nearby.
The delivery person will normally leave a note.

Can't find the package anywhere? Please contact us within 5 days of the planned delivery date. Please include your order number so we can quickly look into it.

Why does my product look slightly different than the photo?

Each product is unique. Plants are living products; therefore, each plant looks slightly different. The glass is recycled and hand-blown, which means that a small drop or imperfection may be visible. Even the stones are not identical.

We do our utmost to deliver top quality, so that you can enjoy your product for longer.

Do you supply the invoice with the order?

The invoice will only be sent as an attachment with the confirmation email.

What if my plant dies after a few days?

Of course, that should not happen. We do our best to deliver as well as possible, but problems can always arise, for example during transport.

If your plant dies within a few days, please send us photos of the plant within 5 days of receipt. You will receive a new item or a gift card worth your product.

Are they real plants?

Yes, our open and closed terrariums contain real plants.

Do you have to water a closed terrarium before the cork goes on the glass?

No, you don't need to water it; we've already done that. The remaining water evaporates from the bottle, and the plants absorb enough water to thrive in the ecosystem.
