What is your delivery time?
We strive to fulfill orders
within 1-2 business days. We will do everything we can to ship this item on time.

What are your shipping costs?
All orders over €45,- are shipped for free .
These are the countries we deliver to and the delivery options per country:
Netherlands (incl. Wadden Islands):
Standard delivery, Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00 (€7.95).
Shipping is free for orders over €45
Belgium
Standard delivery, Tuesday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00 (€9.95)
For orders over €45, shipping is free.
How do you ensure that my order arrives in good condition?
At The Green Bottle Garden we have designed special packaging that seamlessly matches your product.
Our carefully designed packaging ensures the glass arrives undamaged. In addition, we provide our plants with extra care and hydration prior to shipping, so they arrive in optimal health.
What delivery service do you have?
We ship our orders exclusively through our trusted partner, Packs .
Before the agreed delivery date, you will receive a track 'n trace from us, with which you can track the status of your package.
On the scheduled shipping day, Packs will make a first delivery attempt. If you are not at home, they will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to the nearest parcel point.
You will receive a notification via the app or by email, including further instructions.
The track and trace shows that my order has been delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do now?
How annoying! In case of a non-received package at Packs, we immediately initiate an investigation to find out the exact location of your shipment.
Our goal is to act quickly and efficiently so that we can track your package as soon as possible and still deliver it.
If it turns out that the original order cannot be traced, we will of course ensure that a replacement is shipped promptly.
Can I also pick up my order?
It is not possible to pick up your order. The Green Bottle Garden has no visiting address or store.
What are the payment options?
You can pay with us with iDeal, Paypal, Creditcard, Bancontact or Mister Cash, Sofort, or Klarna pay. If you miss a payment method, please let us know!
Can I pay afterwards?
Post-payment is possible with Klarna.
As a company, you can also pay afterwards (on invoice) with a valid Chamber of Commerce number for orders from €250 excluding VAT .

How can I return my order?
That's a shame! We've done our best to provide you with the perfect plant that fits you and your interior.
Did your product arrive damaged or in bad condition? Don't worry, we will find a suitable solution, because that is of course not the intention! Please contact our customer service for this.
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, at The Green Bottle Garden you can return the non-organic items you purchased within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that due to their nature, live plants cannot be returned.
To return non-perishable items, please download our returns form , complete it in full and return it with the items to be returned.
How come my product looks different than the photo?
At The Green Bottle Garden we want to emphasize that plants can look a little different than in the photos. Although we do our best to show them accurately, things like growth patterns and seasonal changes can cause slight variations. But don't worry, each plant has been carefully chosen for its health and quality.
