We carefully wrap everything with paper, wool, and sticks to ensure everything stays in place. No DIY kit, just ready-made: ready to shine in two seconds.

Netherlands: Please contact us if your order has not been delivered after 2 days.
Belgium: Please contact us if your order has not been delivered after 3 days.
Germany: Please contact us if your order has not been delivered after 7 days.
General shipping information
At The Green Bottle Garden, we ensure that your order is shipped with the utmost care. We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium with Packs, a carrier specializing in the safe transport of fragile and valuable items. For orders to Germany, we ship with DHL.
If you order on a weekday before 12:00 PM, we will prepare your terrarium or arrangement that same day and ensure it leaves our warehouse. As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive a track & trace code. This allows you to easily track when your order will be delivered.
This way, you are always assured of a careful and reliable delivery, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
