Ordered on a working day? Then the chance of next-day delivery is approximately 98%.
Ordered on Friday and needs to be delivered to a business? Then we always send an email asking if you prefer delivery on Saturday or Monday. If you don't respond to that email, we will arrange for the package to be delivered on Monday as standard.
What we cannot promise is a 100% guarantee. We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, but once the package leaves our premises, we are dependent on our carrier. A busy period in the delivery network, traffic, or an unforeseen delay with the courier can cause a package to take an extra day to arrive. Fortunately, this rarely happens, but we prefer to tell you honestly rather than make a promise we cannot always keep.
